Request Account Deletion
GymOptic is operated by eHavn. You can delete your linked GymOptic account inside the app or request deletion here if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete In The App
Open GymOptic, go to Account, and choose the account deletion option. This is normally the fastest path.
Request By Email
Email us from the address linked to your GymOptic account. Use the subject “Delete my GymOptic account”. We may ask for limited verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
EMAIL DELETION REQUESTWhat Happens
- We process verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and within a maximum of 30 days.
- Your GymOptic authentication account and supported associated cloud workout and profile data are deleted or anonymized.
- Data stored only on your phone or watch cannot be remotely deleted by us. Remove it using the app's local deletion controls, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
- Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, Pro or promo-code abuse prevention, or dispute handling. Where possible, these records use pseudonymous identifiers.
